Salem Condo Project
This Salem condo has beautiful high ceilings that could use the addition of color and substance.  Because of budget constraints we weren't able to draw the eye up as much with window treatments, so we "grounded" what was nearest the floor to create an even "eye line" on the walls.
We softened the large cabinet that sat between two tall windows by adding a colorful throw with baskets on top.  Large plants always add interest and "life" into any room.  Pillows on the sofa lighten it and adds more color and texture.
This condo provides the owner with an efficient and compact kitchen space.  A light and colorful plaques were added over the sink.  Color was added to the counters and the dark rug was removed to reflect more light from above.

People need a place to put keys and groceries down when they walk in.  A lighter and smaller table & only 1 chair does the trick.

We added soft, subtle window treatments to provide privacy to this room.  We brought in the chair from the living room and used great artwork the homeowner had  to give it more color.  Soft taupe's and creams make this room very inviting.
The bed was moved slightly to the left once the large dresser and shoe rack were removed.  Buyers want to envision comfort and space in a bedroom.
This small bathroom was overtaken by a bold, dark shower curtain.  Crisp, white shower curtains always opens up a bathroom.  The worn sink cabinet was painted white and the hardware was even painted to match the fixtures.  It saved money and valuable time.
This loft has a low ceiling and needed a purpose.  We wanted to create an area where studying and reading can easily take place.  The homeowner brought in a small desk and chair.  A computer was added to give the space new purpose.  We used a rug they had to add color.
This guest basement bedroom needed to look inviting and warm.  We used taupe bedding the homeowner had to create a warm look.  A custom valence was made to soften the window in the room.
The guest bath needed to be neutralized as well as the main one.  Again, we purchased a white shower curtain, painted the worn cabinet and hardware to simplify the look.

New light fixtures were in the plan but the large electrical hole caused further delay in the schedule.  New bulbs were on their way to complete the room.

This bathroom had more than enough towel rods in it.  The homeowner removed one from over the toilet so new owners could use the new space for storage or to display  art.  Another rod was repositioned closer to the shower.  Another white shower curtain was hung to neutralize the space.

The small antique chest adds warmth and storage possibilities for this room.

The den is the last room in this unique condo.  It's a large tiled space that needed some warmth.  We gave a clearer purpose to this room by creating a conversation area with the sofa bed and two wicker chairs that were already in the room.  Window treatments were made for privacy, color and softness.
