The kitchen is the one room in your home that buyers will take notice of first. The will spend time making sure they can visualize themselves working efficiently and effectively in it. It should be updated, clean, and bright. Everything that can shine must shine. |

This 1955 kitchen was stripped clean of everything, from the wallpaper to the flooring. New cabinets, vinyl, counters, paint, sink/faucet, and oven were added to complete this updated look. A "pass through" in the wall was covered over to give more room to place the refrigerator. This gave the kitchen more room and better appeal. The house sold in a 44 days.

This re-desigsn project was done to give the homeowner more storage space. The desk was considered to be wasted space, so it was taken out and used elsewhere in the home. The fridge ws moved which made the kitchen appear much larger.

This is the same re-design project as above. The fridge was moved to the right to give more counter space for preparing foods and more storage space above and below. When including large drawers in a kitchen, it's important to consider purchasing the heavy duty drawers that will hold heavy objects. The drawers also extend out fully, exposing all its contents.

This kitchen had beautiful granite countertops that will filled with far too many objects. Even though it appears to be "staged", it doesn't show off the counters. This is a perfect example where "less is more".

The same principles apply on the other side of the kitchen. Even though the bright red colors are pretty and eye catching, when removed, you can see the gas burners and the tile details behind them.
