Dining Rooms
The dining room can be a place where you can add a touch of elegance and warmth.  Why not go for something unusual, calm, or dramatic?  This contemporary style was made complete with framed  black and white prints from an Ansel Adams calendar. This is an inexpensive way to get great prints to frame.
This dining room needed less to make more of an impact.  We removed the picture on the wall and added a floral arrangement to the table.  A table was purchased for the seller's new home, so we took advantage of it early.  The table didn't need to be "grounded" by a rug, so we let the beautiful hardwood floors shine.
The homeowner's attempt at staging this table was good, however, it does give the table an older, outdated look.  We removed all place settings and placed one floral arrangement in the center.  The updated table also gives the room a fresher, open feeling.
This room needed more than an inexpensive brass chandelier, so the homeowners made a statement with the large wrought iron  one.  Paint and furnishings completed this new look.
