Bathrooms
Bathrooms can be the easiest room to stage and re-design.  Because of the size of most bathrooms, colors should be kept light and airy.  Simple things can go a long way.  Add color with accessories and towels.
This home seller wanted color and texture to be added to their master bedroom.  They purchased the paint and asked us to apply our techniques.  We rolled the shower / toilet area with a solid dusty green, then used a ragged technique on the rest of the bath.  It's a fun, fresh look!
This showcase project was made complete by adding the little touches that make a house a home.  We kept it simple by adding fluffy white towels.
In this showcase project we used one-coat paint and added small touches of whimsy by hanging masks on the walls.
We completed the project by hanging a fluffy white towel and adding a single flower in a vase.
In this project we painted the walls a soft gray, added mirrors the homeowner already had, and a valance.  We bought two white shelves to place above the mirror and added plants for a tropical feel.  The basket was also purchased to store towels and linens in.  Later we  made a custom cushion to top the basket and add color.

This bathroom needed a lot of attention to detail.  We painted the walls to match the cream colored tile on the walls, and re-grouted all around the tub and floor.  A few added accessories and new medicine cabinet brought it up to date with style and color.

This bathroom was added onto an older home.  It had many modern features already, but inexpensive items were used in spots.  We upgraded the medicine cabinet and hardware, painted the ceiling and trim and gave it a good cleaning.

Can you tell what's missing in this bath in the first picture?  Yes, a mirror!  We painted it to give it more contrast and added a simple mirror.
